What a good accounting software accounting / operation of small microfinance loan or small business?

I tried the Basics – QuickBooks, fishing, Quicken – but does not meet my needs. I can run a small loan transaction size. Payment terms vary a weekly, biweekly or monthly. I want to simplify my cash and I want to know how much money I have available. It is very difficult to make manual journal entries and publication of books, because the cash flow is very fast, I'm going to do it manually I will lose much time. It is also very difficult for the old accounts and make the accounts receivable analysis. Meanwhile, does not apply any type of generally accepted accounting principles. I just go with the wind, but I want this company to grow the future of proper accounting system. Please help me …

I'll try to think of excel. Not all know that Excel is able to finance and commercial. I'm sure many an expert in Excel there and there are even forums dedicated Excel lovers.
